Baku and Rome will be the host cities for the group A games of the UEFA Euro-2020 final round.
This decision has been made in a meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee held in Nyon, Switzerland. The opening match of the European Championship will be held at Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
Note, if the national team which’s country is the host of the final round matches, qualifies for the final, will play 2 group games in their home arena.
The division of the group matches according to the cities:
Group A: Rome (Italy) and Baku (Azerbaijan)
Group B: St. Petersburg (Russia) and Copenhagen (Denmark)
Group C: Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and Bucharest (Romania)
Group D: London (England) and Glasgow (Scotland)
Group E: Bilbao (Spain) and Dublin (Ireland)
Group F: Munich (Germany) and Budapest (Hungary)
Beside the group matches, 1 game of the quarter final round will be held at Baku Olympic Stadium.
