Beach Soccer Super League Tournament is completed. The tournament, organized by Beach Soccer Federation and AFFA's support, involved six teams.
The final match was played between the teams “Marafon Sabirabad” and “Zira”. The players from FC Zira were luckier (3-0) and became the winners of the tournament. “Neftchi” beat “Shusha Qarabag” in a 4-2 and finished third in the tournament.
The award ceremony organized after the finals. The referees observed the final match were presented diplomas. Elchin Gasimov (“Zira”) named the best goalkeeper of the tournament; Orkhan Mammadov (“Marafon Sabirabad”) selected the best player as well as Sabir Allahguliyev (“Zira”) was a top-scorer of the League.
The Vice-President of the Federation Farid Akhundov presented a plaque to the General Director of CBC Sport television channel Volkan Ust for organizing the live broadcast of the matches. The three final teams were presented medals, diplomas and cups as well as 500, 1000 and 1500 manat respectively.
The Vice-President of Azerbaijan Beach Soccer Federation Farid Akhundov, head coach of Azerbaijan Beach Soccer team Zeynal Zeynalov, assistant coach Hikmat Baghirov, director of the federation Rufat Hasanov, member of AFFA Referees Committee Elchin Mammadov and General Director of CBC Sport TV Volkan Ust attended the award ceremony.
