FIFA sent condolence letter to AFFA for veteran player Valeri Hajiyev's death.
The letter was signed by Issa Hayatou, who is serving as the acting FIFA president, and it was noted that, death of Valeri Hajiyev, who gained the bronze medal of USSR championship in the squad of “Neftchi” club, made so sad the member of international football family. That's why, FIFA presented their condolences to deceased's family and fans, deep sorrowfully.
