The last match was held in the AFFA Youth League. The “Gabala” – “Qarabag” match in which the winner would be determined, ended in a draw. Although the both teams had the same active points, “Gabala” became the champion because of the private match pointers.
An awarding ceremony was held after the match. Huseynali Guliyev (“Sabail”) was chosen the best goalkeeper, and Turan Valizada (“Qarabag”) the best player of the competition. Kamran Guliyev (“Gabala”) was presented with the special award as the top scorer with his 22 goals during the season.
“Sabail” that took the third, and “Qarabag” the second places and the winner of league “Gabala were awarded with the bronze, silver, gold medals respectively.
A cup was presented to “Gabala” at the end.
AFFA Executive Committee members Isgandar Javadov, Vagif Sadigov, Gurban Gurbanov and AFFA Technical Director Bernhard Lippert introduced the awards.
