FIFA will organize a Seminar for General Secretaries and Development Officers of the national associations in Minsk, Belarus on the 30-31 March. AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov, as well as Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Armenia, Finland, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine football federations officials will attend at the seminar.
