Qarabag met Partizani FC of Albania in the second leg match of the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round.
Qarabag won a 2:0 scored victory in the match held at Dalgha Arena and qualified for the next round. The goals were scored by Filip Ozobic and Dani Kintana. The first leg match between these teams had ended in a 0:0 draw.
Qarabag will compete against Dundalk FC of Ireland in the second qualifying round. The first leg game will be held on July 23/24, and the second leg on July 30/31.
