Javid Jalilov, head of AFFA Referees Department, Anar Salmanov, a member of AFFA Referees Committee, and Namig Guliyev, a fitness coach held a workshop by the invitation of Irkutsk Football Federation. A two-week workshop in Irkutsk, Russia, organized training camp and trainings for young referees. During the workshop, the new rules of the game were explained and the questions of young referees were answered.
