Azerbaijan U19 national team played a control game. U19 met MOIK and won a 2:1 scored victory. The goals were scored for U19 by Emil Gasimov and Eljan Hafizli. U19’s head coach Vugar Mammad shared his opinions for affa.az after the match:
“We have played against a team of experienced players. The speed was high in the match. All of the players had chance to come to the pitch. Although the game was very hard for us, we won the victory. I congratulate my team for the victory. The players worked so much in the pitch. But there were some nuances that I was not satisfied. In each game we require the players to play more carefully in defense and to be more accurately in attacks. We have to work on our shortcomings diligently and to minimize our mistakes in upcoming games”.
