The official opening ceremony of AFFA Headquarters was hold on October 17, 2007. FIFA President Joseph Blatter, UEFA I Vice-President Shenes Erzik, The Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Republic Azad Rahimov and other officials participated at the ceremony. There are 37 cabinets, 1 meeting room, 1 conference hall, 2 museums, 1 canteen and 1 archive room in the building.
