Coca-Cola School Cup

A sponsorship agreement between the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan and Coca-Cola Bottlers Ltd was signed in AFFA headquarters.
First AFFA General Secretary of Elkhan Mammadov said: “In recent years, the work done for the development of football in Azerbaijan, the concrete results achieved in this regard, the provision of graasroots football in our country, the development of youth football, targeted measures done to develope the infrastructure are given positive results. Fortunately, the works done for the development of football in our country have attracted the attention of prestigious companies and they are cooperating with AFFA to be participants in this process. I hope the contract signed today between AFFA and the Coca-Cola Bottlers Ltd will make a valuable contribution to the development of football in Azerbaijan. Our cooperation within U-13 League and School kids Cup projects is particular important. Because these projects have a special role in the country's football in terms of development of youth football».
 Then there was demonstrated a video filmed during U-13 League and School kids Cup 2010-2011 season matches. Then Coca-Cola General Manager Lisani Atasayan said: «Today I sign an agreement between "The Coca-Cola Company" and the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan on support U-13 League and School kids Cup projects with pride and pleasure. As being a part of the football in Azerbaijan we are very happy to work in educating the future of football and world football stars. This partnership will assist in the development of youth football both in Baku and in regions. To support a healthy lifestyle is always among the top priorities of Coca-Cola Company. We are delighted to be part of the development of the sports movement in Azerbaijan. I would like to thank all those who participate in preparation of this partnership».
Then AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov and Coca-Cola General Manager Lisani Atasayan signed the agreement. Mr.Mammadov presented a jercey of the national team to the Coca-Cola Company. In his turn L.Atasayan presented a souvenir of the company to AFFA.
 At the end of the event there was organized a briefing. Coca-Cola General Manager Lisani Atasayan and AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov answered the questions of media representatives.
Note that AFFA and Coca-Cola Company will cooperate within the five-year contract, which covers two projects - "U-13 Coca-Cola League" and "Coca-Cola School kids Cup"-.
 During the term of the contract, Coca-Cola Bottlers Ltd will transfer AFFA 1 million 75 thousand US dollars for these projects.
