EURO-2012 Qualifying Draw
UEFA EURO 2012 qualifying draw will be held at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland on 7 February at 15:00 on BT. AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov and Berti Vogts, head coach of Azerbaijan A-team, also participate at the event.
The seeding pots are formed on the basis of the UEFA national team coefficient ranking system, finalized after the completion of the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying. Nine groups will be formed in the qualifying draw including six sections of six sides and three of five.

Pot 1: Spain (holders), Germany, Netherlands, Italy, England, Croatia, Portugal, France, and Russia
Pot 2: Greece, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, Denmark, Slovakia, Romania
Pot 3: Israel, Bulgaria, Finland, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina
Pot 4: Slovenia, Latvia, Hungary, Lithuania, Belarus, Belgium, Wales, FYR Macedonia, Cyprus
Pot 5: Montenegro, Albania, Estonia, Georgia, Moldova, Iceland, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein
Pot 6: Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, Malta, Faroe Islands, Andorra, San Marino
