A seminar on "fixed" games was held for members of the national team of Azerbaijan under the age of 21 in the National Team Training and Coaching Center, located in Mardakan.

Seymur Salimli, UEFA Representative for the fixed games in Azerbaijan, gave a lecture on the topics: "What should we know about fixed games?", and “Our main purpose is to protect you” and made educational and reporting presentations. The participants of the seminar were informed about the Convention on Manipulation of Sports Competitions, a number of amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Physical Education and Sport, the Disciplinary Code of the Disciplinary Committee. During the seminar, participants were shown a presentation depicting visual proofs of the recent struggle.
