Playmakers Project is operated in 25 centers in Baku and three regions and will continue until 2028. The main goal of the Project is to increase the interest of 5-8-year-old girls in football, develop their social and psychological skills, and encourage a healthy lifestyle from an early age. The Project has been successfully implemented since 2022 under the organization of AFFA, and during this period, more than 6,000 girls have been introduced to football through the Playmakers programme.
Playmakers programme makes an important social contribution to the development of women's football, the promotion of gender equality, and the integration of young girls into sports.
