Shahriyar Gurbanov, one of the members of the family who died in Naftalan as a result of the shelling of our settlements by the Armenian armed forces on September 27, participated in the UGIM (Naftalan) team in the U-11 League organized by AFFA in the 2017/2018 season. AFFA extends its deepest condolences over the death of a 13-year-old member of the Azerbaijan football family and wishes God's blessings to all our martyrs.
AFFA has sent relevant letters to FIFA and UEFA regarding the death of Shahriyar Gurbanov as a result of the shelling of our settlements by the Armenian armed forces.
