The 73rd FIFA Congress will be held today in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. Sarkhan Hajiyev, General Secretary of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan, and Konul Mehdiyeva, a member of AFFA Executive Committee, will participate in the Congress.
