“Bahar turniri” (Spring Tournament) is completed (photos)

74 new female football players have been registered in the indoor tournament held at Aura Sports Complex. The team “Ahmadli United” won the tournament, as well the team “Baku Sporting” and the team “Shimal” (Khachmaz) took the second and third places, respectively. The first three teams were awarded diplomas and medals, and the winning team was awarded a trophy. The awards were presented by Farrukh Ismayilov, head of AFFA Grassroots Department, Siyasat Asgarov, head coach of Azerbaijan Women's National Team, Zamir Hasanov, head coach of U-17 (Girls) National Team, Nargiz Gurbanova, head coach of U-15 (Girls) National Team and Amina Hasanova, head of Women's Football Department.
Sara Salimova, a member of the team “Bakinka”, was named the top-scorer of the tournament with 7 goals. Aydan Nasrullayeva from “Baku Sporting” was named the best player as well Gizilgul Dadashova, a goalkeeper of “Shimal” (Khachmaz) was named the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
