Today, Araz-Nakhchivan, representing Azerbaijan in the UEFA Futsal Champions League, played their final match in the preliminary round. They faced the Swedish team Uddevalla in Group H.
The match took place at the Agnebergshallen Hall in the city of Uddevalla and ended with a 4-3 victory for the hosts. With this result, Uddevalla finished at the top of the group with 9 points, securing their place in the main round. Araz-Nakhchivan finished in second place with 6 points and will not be advancing.
It's worth noting that Araz-Nakhchivan achieved victories in the first two rounds, defeating Sparta Belfast (Northern Ireland) 7-1 and Sillamae Silla (Estonia) 7-0.
