A commemorative tournament was organized by AFFA and the Union of Football Veterans to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the birth of one of the most talented representatives of Azerbaijanian football, the late Anatoli Banyshevski.
Four teams competed in the mini-tournament at the artificially turfed playground of AFFA Football Academy. The team of Veterans defeated the team of the Referees Committee and won the commemorative tournament. After the final game, there was the award ceremony. The award ceremony was attended by AFFA Executive Committee member Iskandar Javadov, Chairman of the Union of Veterans, Ogtay Abdullayev, Coaches Committee Member Agasalim Mirjavadov and Deputy Chairman of the Union of Veterans Rustam Rahimov. The trophy was presented to the winning team by Inna Banishevski, the late footballer's wife.
