The Director of AFFA International Relations Department, AFFA Executive Committee member Konul Mehdiyeva has been appointed to the international match. Konul Mehdiyeva will be the UEFA delegate for the UEFA Europa League play-off match between “Dinamo” (Brest, Belarus) and “Ludogorets” (Bulgaria) to be held on October 1.
