Licensing Commission meeting held
Licensing Commission meeting held at AFFA headquarters today.
At the meeting they considered documents from 16 clubs (AZAL PFK, “Baki” FK,  “Khazar Lankaran” FK, “Inter” PIK, “Kapaz” PFK, “Garabag” FK, “Garadag-Lokbatan” FK, “Gabala” İK, “Neftchala” FK, “Neftchi” PFK, “Ravan” FK, “Simurg” PİK, “Sumgayit” FK, “Shusha-Garabag” FK, “Turan Tovuz” İK, “Zira” PFK ) to participate in the UEFA and the Premier League competitions the next 2015-2016season.
 AFFA Licensing Commission after discussions on the basis of Article 9 of "Rules on licensing the Azerbaijan Football Clubs to participate in the UEFA club competitions" (issue 2014) decided the following:
 
  
1. To issue licenses to the following clubs to participate in the UEFA club competitions:
AZAL PFK, " Khazar Lankaran" FK, "Inter" PİK,  "Garabag" FK, "Gabala" İK, "Neftchi" PFK.
 
2. Do not issue licenses to the following clubs to participate in the UEFA club competitions:
“Simurg” PİK.
 
AFFA Licensing Commission after discussions on the basis of Article 9 of "Rules on licensing the Azerbaijan Football Clubs to participate in the Azerbaijan football “Premier League” competitions" (issue 2014) decided the following:
 
 
1. To issue licenses to the following clubs to participate in the Azerbaijan football “Premier League” competitions:
"Kapaz" PFK, “Simurg” PİK, “Sumgayit” FK, "Zira" PFK.
 
2. Do not issue licenses to the following clubs to participate in the Azerbaijan football “Premier League” competitions:
 “Baki” FK, “Garadag-Lokbatan” FK,  “Neftchala” FK,  “Ravan” FK, “Shusha Garabag” FK, “Turan Tovuz” İK.
 
Notes:
  1. 1. In accordance with Article 13 of the " Rules on licensing the Azerbaijan Football Clubs to participate in the UEFA club competitions" clubs that have received a license to participate in UEFA club competitions in the 2015-2016 season, automatically receives a license to participate in the Azerbaijan "Premier League" competitions in this season.
  1. The license applicant within 10 days after the date of receipt of notification of refusal to issue a license may appeal to the AFFA Licensing Appeal Committee.
