Within the cooperation between AFFA and the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sports (ASAPES), there are offered refresher courses for the teaching staff of the Academy.
The refresher courses for the teaching staff of the Department of Sports of the Academy will last for 10 days. Jahangir Hasanzada, head of AFFA Technical Department and coaching instructors Aslan Karimov and Osman Rahimov conduct Reality-Based Learning Process Trainings. The aim of the Trainings is to develop the participants' ability to monitor and carry out tutoring activities in the process of practical teaching (training) during UEFA C License coaching courses. Training participants will be involved as methodologists-instructors in UEFA License coaching courses for the students of the IV academic year of the bachelor's degree in coaching. These trainings will pave the way for ASAPES students to obtain an UEFA Coaching C License through a more effective and modern learning process and to contribute to grassroots football in our country by exhibiting more specific coaching work in the future.
