According to the investigation of the suspicious cases recorded in several games of “Neftchi-2”, “National Army Sports Club” and “Bina” football teams in the First Division by the special committee and experts related the fixed matches that operates under AFFA, also, according to UEFA reports to AFFA that the footballers of the mentioned clubs and other football functionaries, including those who do not have any football activities, have been identified as involved in the manipulated games. Taking into account the opinion of the commission and experts, including all UEFA information and reports, all the persons whose names are indicated are banned from doing all sorts of football activities:

The people mentioned below are not currently active in football. However, given the prospect of working in the future, all kinds of football activities will be banned for these persons:

3. Emin Jafarguliyev
The Disciplinary Committee may make further decisions as the relevant law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the matter.
Persons about whom the sanctions were made have the right to appeal to the Arbitral Tribunal.
