The winners of the 2018/2019 season Topaz Premier League have been awarded at Bakcell Arena after today’s last match of Topaz Premier League between the teams Neftchi and Qarabag.
First, Vusal Mammadov, General Director of Caspiantech CJSC was presented a special gift from the Professional Football League for a long-term sponsorship of the Azerbaijan Championship. Mahir Madatov, top scorer of the 2018/2019 season Topaz Premier League with his 16 goals, was also awarded with a special prize. Teams of Sabail, Neftchi and Garabag, finished the season as the winners, were awarded with bronze, silver and gold medals respectively. AFFA President Rovnag Abdullayev, General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov and PFL President Ramin Musayev handed over the medals. At the end of the ceremony, the President of AFFA Rovnag Abdullayev presented the trophy to the team of Qarabag.
