Azerbaijan Women’s national team having a training camp in Bangladesh, played the second match within the FIFA Tri Nations Women’s Football Series 2025.
Azerbaijan played against a local Women’s A-team in the last match at the National Stadium in the capital Dhaka. After beating the Malaysian Women’s team 2-0 in the first match, Siyasat Asgarov’s team also defeated the Bangladesh team 2-1. The goals for Azerbaijan were scored by Sevinj Jafarzada in the 19th minute and Esra Manya in the 84th minute. Thus, Azerbaijan Women’s national team won the FIFA Tri Nations Women’s Football Series 2025 with 6 points
