FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev has been appointed by UEFA.
E. Masiyev will be a referee of the match between CFR Cluj (Romania) and Braga (Portugal) to be held within the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round first-leg matches. Masiyev will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov. Farid Hajiyev will act as a fourth official during the match. Cesar Soto Grado from Spain will act as a Video Assistant Referee while Alejandro Muñiz Ruiz will be an Assistant Video Assistant Referee.
The match to take place on August 7 at CFR Cluj Stadium in Cluj-Napoca.
