An opening ceremony was held for the GOAL+ Tournament, a project of Saleh Sani, who was the third place winner in the AFFA Grant Competition “The best grassroots project”. AFFA Technical Director Jahangir Hasanzada and Head of Grassroots Department Farrukh Ismayilov took part in the opponent ceremony.
