On October 29, a seminar was held at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Baku, organized by the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) with the support of the UEFA Grow program.
The main purpose of the event was to equip participants with essential tools for effective planning, present modern methodological approaches, and explore opportunities for their practical implementation.
The seminar was facilitated by UEFA Grow Strategy Mentors and held in an interactive format, the session encouraged active engagement and exchange of ideas among participants, fostering a deeper understanding of strategic planning and implementation processes within football development.
