According to the joint action plan of AFFA and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, a Grassroots festival was organized in Gabala, which was selected as the sports capital of 2025.
About 100 children participated in the event held on the reserve pitch of Gabala city stadium. During the festival, the children participated in various football games and spent their free time effectively and entertainingly. At the end of the event, AFFA presented each participating child with balls.
The gifts were presented to the children by Head of AFFA Grassroots Department, former football player Farrukh Ismayilov, the leading specialist of the department Orkhan Mikayilli, and the leading consultant of the education sector for the city of Gabala Javid Mammadnabiyev.
The event concluded with a commemorative photo session.
