In accordance with AFFA Development Strategy for 2024-2028, UEFA C License Coaching Courses are continuing to increase the number of UEFA licensed coaches in the regions and make coaching education accessible.
UEFA C License Coaching Courses were organized in Guba, Tovuz, Ganja and Nakhchivan last year and are currently being held in Lankaran and Sheki. In the coming months, the courses are also planned to be held in the cities of Saatli and Ganja.
During the Course, coaches are given basic knowledge and skills in grassroots football, working with children and adolescents, planning age- and ability-appropriate training sessions, making training sessions more motivating and interesting for children, as well as creating a safe training environment. One of the main goals of the Course is to increase children's interest in football, ensure their enjoyment of the game, and strengthen the child-oriented approach of coaches.
In this regard, UEFA C License Courses serve to involve more children in high-quality, safe, and motivating football training in the regions, develop local coaching potential, and extend coaching education to a wider geographical area across the country.
