AFFA will hold another training course to expand the scope of UEFA licensed coaching courses and prepare new coach instructors.
The aim is to identify potential coach instructors who can be involved in teaching UEFA licensed courses and to develop their teaching, facilitation, practical training, feedback and evaluation skills.
The requirements for participation:
- Possession of a minimum UEFA B License (valid);
- High performance in UEFA licensing courses is an advantage;
- Experience in coaching, mentoring or teaching is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to conduct practical training and provide constructive feedback;
- Interest in continuous learning and personal development;
- Teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Motivation to make a long-term contribution to AFFA coaching education system;
- Adherence to professional conduct and ethical principles;
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani.
- Candidates from the regions may be given preference.
Selection process:
Deadline for accepting applications: May 31
Application review and pre-selection: June 1–3
Interviews: June 4–5
Training: June 10–13 (full time education)
