AFFA held the Grassroots Week festival in the area of Heydar Aliyev Centre.
There was organized an event within the Grassroots Week Festival for children under the auspices of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Down Syndrome under Gayghi - Public Association for Healthy Generation and children deprived of parental care and studying at the boarding secondary school no.1. The event was attended by 150 participants and there were held various football games owing to entertaining sports facilities, Face art and DJ. AFFA gave presents to the festival participants at the end of the event.
The project aims to increase football grassroots, to organize leisure time of children and teenagers efficiently, to arouse interest for football and other types of sport in them, and to promote healthy lifestyle.
