In 1996-2000 she received a bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

She participated in the UEFA Women's in Football Leadership Program certificate (Educational program implemented by UEFA in cooperation with IMD Business School (Swiss Institute for International Management Development). She also participated in numerous seminars of FIFA and UEFA on various topics (development of women's football, grassroots football, marketing, large-scale events organization, etc.).
 
From 2002 to 2007, he worked for AFFA (preparation of documents and response to incoming documents of the General Secretariat). Since 2007,  she has provided communication with international football organizations (FIFA, UEFA and other Confederations and international football organizations) and FIFA and UEFA member associations, implementation, curation and reporting of various projects implemented by FIFA and UEFA, various curation of joint projects with international organizations (UNICEF, European Union, Council of Europe, etc.), coordination of order books preparation of international events held by AFFA and curation of certain areas during the organization of events (2012 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, 2016 UEFA U -17 European Championship, 2019 UEFA Europa League final match, UEFA EURO 2020) in the Department of International Relations. She is a member of the AFFA Executive Committee since 2020. She controls the curation of international relations.
 
Since 2015 she has been appointed as UEFA representative (UEFA's highest decision-making representative, holding games and tournaments in accordance with the requirements and regulations of UEFA and FIFA) - to more than 50 games and tournaments organized by UEFA, including the UEFA Champions League and Europa League qualifying and group stage, FIFA World Cup and UEFA European Championship qualifiers, UEFA Nations League qualifiers, UEFA U-19 and U-17 European Championship Elite and qualifying tournaments, UEFA Women's Champions League semi-finals and finals matches.
