Head of AFFA Competitions Department Emin Jafarov has been appointed by UEFA.
He will be an UEFA Delegate for the match between AF Elbasani (Albania) and FC BATE (Belarus) to take place on July 7 within the UEFA Conference League first qualifying round.
The match will take place at the stadium of the same name in Elbasan.
