Jabrayil became a winner of AFFA Regional League (photos)

Today, "Gusar" and "Araz-Nakhchivan" teams competed in the match for the 3rd place at the Shamakhi city stadium. "Araz-Nakhchivan", which defeated its opponent with a score of 2:1, won bronze medals. In the final match, "Jabrayil" and "Khan Lankaran" teams faced each other. "Jabrayil" won the decisive match with a score of 1:0 and became the winner of the 2021-2022 season of AFFA Regional League. An award ceremony was held after the final match. First, the referees of the final game were awarded diplomas and souvenirs. Tapdig Ahmadov, a member of the "Jabrayil" team, was awarded as the best player of the season. Then, respectively, medals were presented to "Araz-Nakhchivan", "Khan Lankaran" and champion "Jabrayil".
The awards were presented by AFFA Secretary General Sarkhan Hajiyev, AFFA Vice President Vagif Sadigov, President of the Public Union of Regional Football Federations, member of the AFFA Executive Committee Isgandar Javadov.
Note that "Jabrayil" will represent our country in the UEFA Regional League in the 2022-2023 season.
