“We need to develop even more”

“We did not have enough experience to win. We did not start the game well. After the first 10 minutes, we pulled ourselves together. It seems to be developing in our game. It was expected that the opponent would attack more, because he felt   behind. In the second half, they made more substitutes and played the game more offensively. However, we put the opponent in difficult situations. We also needed new power, so we made substitutes. In the missed goal episode, it was obvious that the ball had left the pitch. If it had been noted, we would be talking about something else now. In general, I consider the result satisfactory.
I never instructed my players to play defense. I wanted them to play more ball and apply the pressing. We showed a good game from a tactical point of view. We need to develop even more. Although the opponent was ahead in the FIFA Rankings, this difference was not felt in the game of the teams. Rustam, who entered the pitch later in the last minutes, was injured and did not play at full strength.  We almost played in the minority.
