Please fill out the
“Due Diligence Questionnaire " which can be downloaded via the link, in an appropriate order and send it to AFFA to protect transparency and to ensure safety of the process during the evaluation of proposals. You won’t able to take part in the tender with a proposal if you don’t present "Due Diligence Questionnaire".
Those who wish to participate in the tender may submit their proposals and the above mentioned "Due Diligence Questionnaire" to the following email address

Note: When it is made choice among the proposals on the products in the same quality and the same price we will prefer the products of local manufacturers.
