According to the 29th article of the AFFA Regulations, the agenda of the conference is included:
- Welcome speech by President
- Checking meeting membership
- Report on the Executive Committee activities presented by President
- Confirmation of financial report
- Consideration of the report of independent auditors and the AFFA Audit and Inspection Committee
- Confirmation of the next year budget
- Elections for any vacant positions
- Acceptance of the AFFA members' suggestions
- Other issues
Access to the conference will be by invitation.
Media representatives should be registered to get accreditations to attend the conference.
