AFFA's Ordinary Report Conference and Executive Committee meeting after it will be held at "Boulevard hotel” at 10:00 on March 7.
According to the 29th article of the AFFA Regulations, the agenda of the conference has been included below mentioned issues:
- Welcome by President
- Checking meeting membership
- Presenting the report about the action of the Executive Committee submitted by President
- Confirmation of financial report
- Consideration of the report of independent auditors and AFFA's Audit and Inspection Committee
- Confirmation of next year's budget
- Elections for any vacant position
- Acceptance of AFFA members' suggestions
- The other issues
Entry to the conference will be available by the invitation.
There will be registration for media representatives’ accreditations to take part in the conference.
