The next meeting of the Clubs Committee was held at AFFA headquarters today.
The representatives from “Qarabag”, “Gabala”, “Neftchi”, “Keshla”, “Sumgayit”, “Kapaz”, “Zira” and “Sabail” clubs that competing in the Topaz Premier League took part in the meeting. There were made discussions about match-fixing and manipulation of sport games results during the meeting. Then the chairman Kamran Guliyev talked about 1 year action of the committee.
According to the Clubs Committee Regulations, the chairman’s authority expired and election was held for this position. President of “Neftchi” club Orkhan Huseynzada was elected the chairman of the Clubs Committee for the next 1 year by majority vote.
