A workshop on "Changing Game Formats and Player Careers in Grassroots Football" is being organized in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, by UEFA.
The seminar, taking place from May 12-16, is being attended by representatives from 15 countries: Azerbaijan, Croatia, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Hungary, Luxembourg, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Participants from AFFA include the Head of the Grassroots Department Farrukh Ismayilov, the Manager of Social Responsibility in Football Kifayat Mustafayeva, and the Specialist of the Grassroots Department Orkhan Mikayilli.
During the seminar, discussions are being held on various topics including the application of different game formats in grassroots football, how to keep children involved in football at an early age, the important role of social responsibility in grassroots football, and other related subjects.
