AFFA has organized another educational webinar on the topic of Coach's Psychological Well-being and Professional Burnout. Coaches from various football academies across the country participated in the webinar.
During the online seminar, topics discussed included the causes of professional burnout among coaches, the recognition of early signs, the impact of stress and emotional strain on coaching activities, practical self-care methods for maintaining psychological well-being, the influence of a coach's psychological state on the team environment and player development, as well as the cultivation of long-term motivation and professional resilience.
The training was conducted by Elshan Erdoghan, a sports psychologist specializing in the psychological preparation of athletes and coaches, performance psychology, and professional well-being.
The webinar was organized in an interactive format, facilitating discussions among the participants. Survey results indicated that participants rated the webinar highly and found the topics covered to be beneficial.
Participants emphasized the value of continuing educational webinars on topics such as coaches' psychological well-being, performance psychology, and the psychological development of players.
