Azerbaijan Beach Soccer team played the first match within the UEFA Beach Soccer League first qualifying round (EBSL).
Azerbaijan in League B Group A played against England. The match held in El Puerto de Santa Maria, Spain and ended to Sahib Mammadov's team 5-4. Ramil Aliyev scored twice, Sahib Mammadov and Bayram Bayramli scored once each, and one goal was recorded as an own goal.
Note that Azerbaijan will play the next games in their group on May 24 against Belgium (13:00), and on May 25 against Lithuania (14:15).
