FIFA and UEFA sent condolence letters to AFFA relating to the untimely death of Shirkhan Hasanzade, a player of Azerbaijan Under 21 national team and Qarabag FC-2. Accordingly, in the letters signed by FIFA President Gianni Infantino and UEFA General Secretary Theodor Theodoridis, condolences were expressed on behalf of FIFA and UEFA to AFFA, the player's family, his teammates and friends.
