Decision of the Appellate Arbitral Tribunal

2. During the XXIX round of League B on 08.04.2024, in the 90th + 5th minute of the game "Neftchi-2" - "Sumgait-2", Aghadadash Salyanski, player number 91 of the "Neftchi-2" team, made an unethical statement. As a result, the decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee dated April 09, 2024, to suspend him for four games and fine his team 300 AZN (article 43.3) for receiving a direct red card for the action (making an unethical gesture towards an official) will remain unchanged.

 

3. The interested parties should be informed of their right to appeal the decision of the Appellate Arbitration Tribunal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne (Switzerland).

 

4. Within 30 (thirty) days, the full text of the decision will be prepared and sent to the relevant parties.
