A meeting was held today at the AFFA administrative building with Orkhan Mikayilli, an employee of the Mass Football Department of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan and a participant of the Patriotic War, which began on September 27, 2020 and lasted for 44 days, and ended with a brilliant victory of the brave Azerbaijan army.
During the meeting, Executive Vice President Elkhan Mammadov wished God's mercy to our martyrs who died for the freedom of our lands, healing to the wounded, and thanked all participants of the Patriotic War on behalf of the football family of our country, he once again congratulated Orkhan Mikayilli on being awarded the medals "For the Liberation of Khojavend" and "For the Liberation of Fuzuli" by the Order of The President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
