AFFA implemented an online meeting with licensing managers and academy directors of Premier League clubs.
The main topic of the meeting was the Academies Development Needs Analysis and Support Process. This process was presented as a key mechanism to ensure more effective implementation of the requirements reflected in the club licensing rules.
The meeting was attended by AFFA management and staff member of relevant structural units - Deputy General Secretary Elchin Mammadov, Head of AFFA Licensing and Registration Department Seymur Salimli, Head of AFFA Club Licensing Section Seyran Karimli, Coordinator on Youth Football of the Section, Coach-Coordinator Sarkhan Huseynov, and Head of the Financial Control Section of AFFA Finance Department Rashad Babayev.
The event provided extensive information on identifying the development needs of academies, increasing compliance with the requirements of the licensing process, and methodological support mechanisms for clubs. At the end of the meeting, an exchange of views was held with representatives of the participating clubs as well the action plan for the next stages was discussed.
