"Spring Tournament" was held in Oguz (photos)

In the tournament 8 teams competed in two groups. The top two teams in the group met in the playoffs. School No. 1 became the winner of the tournament, and School No. 3 and School No. 2 took II and III places, respectively. Fatima Khatamzadeh, a student of school No. 1, became the most productive player of the tournament with 8 goals. Gunay Ibragimova, a student of secondary school No. 3, was recognized as the best player, and Aylan Manafli, a student of secondary school No. 2, was recognized as the best goalkeeper of the tournament. The teams that took the first three places were awarded diplomas and medals, and the winning team was awarded a cup. The awards were presented by the head of the AFFA women's football department Amina Hasanova, the head coach of the U-17 team (women) Nargiz Gurbanova, the head coach of the U-15 team (women) Khanlar Aliyev and director of the Oguz Olympic Sports Complex Muslim Mavludov.

Let's remind that the main goal of the project is to attract new players to the U-12 women's league and to the national teams in the younger age group in the future. The participating teams were provided with sportswear and equipment from AFFA and UEFA.
