1. The appeal filed by the complainant "Turan Tovuz" Professional Football Club is not granted.
2. The fine of 3000 AZN for "Turan Tovuz" club (Article 40.3) regarding their suspension for 4 games by the decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee dated May 8, 2024, will be upheld without any changes. This decision is related to an incident that occurred in the "Turan Tovuz - Zira" match on 05.05.2024, during the XXXIII tour of the Misli Premier League. Roderick Miller, the number 5 player of the "Turan Tovuz" club, received a red card for aggressive behavior in the 90th + 9th minute of the match.
3. The interested parties are informed about the possibility of appealing the decision of the Appellate Arbitration Tribunal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
4. The full text of the decision will be prepared and sent to the parties within thirty days.
