The different matches are regularly monitored as part of the struggle of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan against the "fixed games".
According to the investigation of the suspicious cases by the special committee and experts related the fixed matches that operates under AFFA, also, according to UEFA reports to AFFA, taking into account the opinion of the commission and experts, including the UEFA information and reports, all the persons whose names are indicated are banned from doing all sorts of football activities and access to the stadiums during football events (games, training, etc.):
Namig Yusifov – a former player of “Garabagh” FC
Ceyhun Quliyev – a former player of “Sabail-2” team
Kamran Akbarov – a kit manager of “Sabail-2” team, a former kit manager of U-19 national team
The Disciplinary Committee may make further decisions as the relevant law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the matter.
Persons about whom the sanctions were made have the right to appeal to the Arbitral Tribunal.
