The league brings our football clubs together

For the first time in Azerbaijan, clubs represented in all official football championships of the country will compete for the title of "strongest" in the field of cyber. The EML Cyber Football League kicks off with the cooperation of AFFA and “Sport Marketing Group” and the information support of CBC Sport. Many football clubs of our country (PFL, Division I, Futsal, Beach Football, Regional League, Women's Football League, etc.) will play in EML.

The draw ceremony, which took place on May 20 at 15:00, was broadcasted live on CBC Sport. According to the results of the draw, 28 teams were divided into 7 groups, each with 4 teams.
It should be noted that each team is represented by a player selected from the fans or who expresses a desire to represent a particular club.

In the opening match of the tournament, representatives of two Premier League clubs will meet: "Garabagh" - "Sabail". The game will start on May 25 at 20:00 and will be broadcasted on the official Facebook page of EML (facebook.com/eml2020). You can also get information about the league, as well as the schedule of the matches on www.eml.az or on the official social network pages of EML (https://www.facebook.com/eml2020/ and @emilliliqa).
 
The EML Football Tournament will last until mid-August. Winners will receive cash prizes (read more here), and a chance to participate in EML international (along with European and Asian league clubs) and UEFA club e-tournaments. The country's official cyber football team, which will represent Azerbaijan in various international competitions organized by UEFA, will be formed from the best EML players. The organizers of EML Football have already announced that the tournament will be held regularly and the number of groups and divisions will increase in the future. Only clubs playing in the official leagues held by AFFA and PFL will meet in the first tournament. Teams playing in amateur leagues will also be able to participate in other tournaments.
